Questions
Is Nopehook free?
Yes. Everyone gets 15 free checks a month for texts, links and screenshots. Nopehook Plus adds email forwarding, family protection and unlimited checks.
Is the verdict always right?
No checker is perfect. Every result is a risk assessment, not a guarantee. If something feels off, contact the company directly using a number or website you already trust.
Where does the scam information come from?
From public warnings by agencies like the FTC, FBI, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, FCC, IRS and Social Security, plus official bank and carrier pages. The scam list is updated every week.
Will it flag real messages from my bank?
Real purchase alerts that only ask you to reply yes or no are marked “Verify it first” instead of “Likely scam”, so you can check them safely.
